Competition is high. But, even in the most candidate friendly markets, employers want top candidates.
- Get your game face on – Identify what differentiates you from the competition and market that to employers.
- Offer solutions and alternatives – Show the employer you understand their challenges and have thought of possible solutions and alternatives. Articulate what you can do for the employer.
- Balance confidence with humility – Employers are looking for confidence and assertiveness, but an ego too large to fit in their organization will scare them away.
