This talk with Adrian Burgos, Jr. will look at how the presence, experience, and impact of Afro-Latinos in professional baseball remains hidden from so many, even in a moment when more attention from the media and social institutions is being given to Black lives. Even more, this talk explores why it matters that we take note of this history and its implications on how we understand race now.
