The UIAA Board of Directors is responsible for promoting the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of the University of Illinois Alumni Association. To be considered for an at-large Voting Directorship, individuals must be an alumnus or alumna of University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, be a member of UIAA, be able to attend three meetings of the Board of Directors annually at his or her own expense, and share a positive view of the Association.
