Mr. Kendall served with the Army as a Wagoner with the 108 Sanitary Train 33 Div. He died at sea. He has a memorial marker at Oakridge-Glen Oak Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois, and shares a memorial cemetery plot with brother James H. Kendall who also died during World War I in Naperville.
