The Big Picture: Soldier Field

Illinois football returns to Soldier Field on Nov. 28, 2015, for a showdown against Big 10 in-state rival Northwestern University. The last time the Fighting Illini played in Chicago was Sept. 14, 2013, when the team took on the University of Washington Huskies (pictured). Orange-and-blue-clad fans packed the home field of the Bears for the game, which was attended by more than 47,000 people and broadcast nationwide on the Big Ten Network.
